Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026.
1. Who we are
multisig.sh is operated by Mutative, a SAS (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €200, registered in France (902 909 035 R.C.S. Paris, registered office: 67 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris, France) (“Mutative”, “we”). Contact: hello@multisig.sh.
2. The service
multisig.sh is a transaction and off-chain message coordination console for Safe smart accounts. It reads public blockchain data and Safe’s transaction service, organizes pending transactions and Safe messages for your team, and lets AI agents you authorize stage both kinds for human review.
The service is non-custodial. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. Every owner signature and every execution is approved in your own wallet software. The service may assemble Safe contract-signature blobs from approved owner signatures, but it cannot create an owner signature or move assets without a wallet-approved action.
The service is intended for professional use by companies, DAOs, funds, and operators managing multisignature accounts.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with an Ethereum wallet (Sign-In with Ethereum). You are responsible for the wallet you authenticate with and for every action taken under your session. Workspaces are shared spaces: their members see the workspace’s Safes, pending transactions, off-chain Safe messages, member display names, and activity. Workspace owners control membership; invite links must only be shared with people you intend to admit.
4. Plans, trial, and billing
- Each account receives one 30-day free trial shared across its workspaces. The trial starts when the account first adds a Safe; creating another workspace does not restart it. No payment method is required for the trial.
- Subscriptions are billed per workspace via Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown at checkout at the time of subscription. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Founding offer: start your trial during the published launch window and choose annual checkout before your trial ends to reserve $1,490 per workspace per year, excluding applicable taxes. An already-open checkout keeps its quoted price until that checkout expires. The founding price renews annually while the subscription continues; if it ends, a new subscription uses the regular price.
- Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Started periods are not refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- When a trial or subscription ends, the workspace pauses: its data is retained, but its console, links, and agent access are unavailable until a plan is chosen. We may delete data of workspaces that remain unpaid for an extended period after notice.
- Exceeding your plan’s caps pauses additions only; nothing is removed automatically.
- We may change regular prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period. The founding annual price is excluded from these increases while that annual subscription continues.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: use the service for unlawful activity; attempt to access other workspaces’ data; probe, overload, or disrupt the service; resell access without our written agreement; or use the service to facilitate transactions, signatures, or authorizations you are legally prohibited from making. We may suspend access that violates these terms or threatens the service’s integrity.
6. Shared links
Workspaces can mint links that let recipients view selected pending transactions and off-chain Safe messages. With their own wallet, eligible recipients may co-sign either kind and execute eligible transactions. Links carry the data visible at their surface; share them only with intended recipients. Link availability follows the minting workspace’s subscription.
7. Agent connections
Agent connections let software you control read workspace state and stage transactions or Safe messages for review. A connection is approved by you in the browser and can act across every workspace you belong to, with membership checked on each call. Connections act under your identity; you are responsible for the agents you connect and can revoke any connection at any time. Agents can never sign, propose, create shared Safe messages, or execute through a connection — that boundary is part of the service design.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its branding are Mutative’s or its licensors’. You retain your data (aliases, names, notes); you grant us the license needed to operate the service on it. Feedback may be used without obligation.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties we do not control: blockchain networks, RPC providers, Safe’s transaction service, and Stripe for billing. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control; their terms apply to their services.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We display data from public networks and third-party services and do not warrant its completeness or timeliness. We provide software, not advice: nothing in the service is financial, investment, or legal advice, and we are not a party to your transactions or message-based authorizations. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and off-chain signatures may authorize actions by third-party protocols. You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction and message content before signing. We are not a custodian, money transmitter, exchange, or wallet provider.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mutative’s total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of funds resulting from transactions or messages you signed, or losses caused by third-party services or blockchain networks. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including gross negligence or willful misconduct).
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Mutative against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the service in violation of law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete workspaces you own at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive (8, 10–12, 15) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the service or by the contact on file (billing email via Stripe) at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
